Workers' Compensation Management

We help your company to keep costs down through rapid response and complete management of Workers' Compensation claims and filing procedures.

The State of New York requires that each client of a PEO maintain their own Workers' Compensation policy and that it be cross endorsed to the PEO policy. This is for the protection of the employee in the event of the cancellation of the client's policy.

We have the ability to bind a Workers' Compensation policy on behalf of the client through Zurich. In order to do so, an application and loss run data must be submitted and is subject to underwriting approval by Zurich.

An annual expense constant of $180.00 per policy obtained through Zurich will be billed with the first payroll.

* Perform risk management and safety inspections
* Provide recommendations for improving work site safety conditions
* Provide safety plans and manuals
* Provide periodic safety training
* Workers' compensation claims management and processing (C2 Accident Reports, C11 Wage Reports)
* Investigate and pursue fraudulent claims
* Prepare and assist with workers compensation hearings
* Coordinate a return to work program
