New business means a referral resulting in a signed contract with a new client for Staff Leasing. Former clients or restarts are not eligible for referral bonuses. Seasonal client referral bonuses will be paid @ 50% of the above award. Changes in existing client names and/or Federal Id numbers, business transfers of ownership are also not eligible.
