2009 Open Enrollment InformationStaff Leasing employees are eligible for dental and vision benefits if they work a minimum of 20 hours per week. The following information pertains to the Staff Leasing Dental and Vision plans ONLY. If you would like more information about medical insurance and to discuss your specific company's eligibility policy, please contact the Benefits Department at (315) 641-3600, if you aren't local to Syracuse (800) 317-8233, or send an email to benefits@staffleasing-peo.com The deadline for submitting Open Enrollment forms for the 2009 calendar year is December 15, 2008. All enrollments will be effective January 1, 2009.
